I really loved his response to the interviewers question where do you find creative talent? and then Bill said anywhere. I feel as if working at DDB (Doyle Dane Bernbach) would be such a great thing to be able to do. I wonder if the advertising agencies still look to find creatives everywhere.

I found out about Bill Bernbach from the design agency doyle dane bernbach. I loved when they interviewer asked him where he finds creative talent and Bill said anywhere. The way Bill talked about having an academic background in creative people not being important and that only thing it can teach you is knowledge and therefore knowledge already exists.
