I always love seeing new videos from Michael Beruit he always has such a great handle on passing the knowledge he’s learned. Another thing I was shocked a little was when he said when a client comes to him he always asks “whats wrong with what you got?”.

I was shocked when Michael said when we look at logos from a big corporation its not really happening in the logo its happening in our mind.
My god this was a mind blowing moment. Just thinking of the various logos that have literally no meaning at all or that are just simple shapes that represent an idea that means something.

Michael Bierut is always a great designer to hear speak. I really like the advice he gives and the work he’s done as well at pentagram.
