I had no idea there was a debate about the obama logo looking similar to the pepsi logo. But overall I like the obama logo a lot better. The older pepsi logos are what I like more so then the current one.

Great video explaining the creation of the Obama logo. The Mitt Romney campaign logo is horrible and everytime i look at it I want to go brush my teeth ( I use aquafresh). Also it’s amazing how a logo can spread and become ubiquitous worldwide.

Fresh Impressions on Brandmarks (from my 5-year-old)
This video clearly shows how much of an impact logos have on our lives. I remember in class showing this to one of my professors and a couple of my classmates its just too cute not to bring a smile to your face.
The 2016 Rio Olympic Logo

1993 interview re: Paul Rand and Steve Jobs
Paul Rand was paid $ 100,000 dollars to design the next logo. Also Paul only came with one design when he presented it to Steve. I learned that while listing to the Steve Jobs biography audiobook.

Saul Bass Pitch Video for Bell System Logo Redesign
Watching this pitch from saul bass really showed me the importance of branding in great detail. I was blown away how Saul did not really take anything away from the Logo. He just made it better.
