This has to be one of the best commercials from Microsoft. I immediately started laughing when the person had said can you put your gigantic phone away. But overall this gets the message across about samsung and apple. I’m still not making the switch though. Nokia phones are a thing of the past in my opinion.
No reason to be afraid of hardwork. Lets make this week count.
The knowledge that Bob tells the interviewer when he’s asked about money is more then what I can say in this blog post. When I first watched this video it made me rethink how I value money and perceive such a tangible object.
If you are not making mistakes with what you are doing stop playing it safe. I’m not saying that you have to do everything wrong everyday. When we make mistakes with what we do daily and or striving to do that is how we will learn. The other word to describe it would be experimentation.
There are times when I am working on a design project whether its a personal project, for a client or etc I know that I have a series of failing that I have to get through. So do your best to not be afraid of making mistakes or failing both are completely unavoidable. Just Keep going no matter what.
Before I started waking up earlier I had no idea that it would be such a wonderful thing. I’m not sure if you do this but I would literally wake up whenever I felt like waking up. I would even set my alarm where I would have a limited amount of time before I had to eat breakfast,shower and head to work.
The way that I started to wake up earlier is by first waking up at 7:00 a.m and then when the clock went back an hour I started getting up at 6 a.m and after the time went an hour ahead I started getting up at 5:00 a.m. Which I never would’ve thought I could do such a thing. I got the concept from this video below and the importance of time and how we do not take it seriously as we should.
So after waking up earlier I noticed that I started to get more done instead of dragging the day along and setting schedules for yourself even if its just to take a shower,wash your clothes will get your in the correct mindset.
These were pretty hilarious I must say. I wonder what it was like to sit and come up with these ideas with a group of creatives. The Ayd’s candy and Mr T snickers commercial were some of the strangest ones. Well besides the Skittles commercial were the guy talked about killing people.
I must say I am blown away by the design of this office. One major thing I really like about it is that have not forgot who started the company and how they have David Ogilvy quotes around the building.
“Tell the truth but make the truth fascinating”
I would really love to work at an ogilvy agency. I can only imagine how much I would learn about how the business works and requires to be successful.
